Our A2 ghee is handcrafted using the ancient Bilona method, where cream from A2 milk is churned into butter and then slowly simmered to create liquid gold. It takes approximately 35 liters of our pure A2 milk to create just 1 kg of this precious ghee.
Did you know?
In Ayurveda, ghee is considered a "rasayana" - a rejuvenating food that promotes longevity, enhances intelligence, and improves digestion. Our ghee is made according to these ancient principles.
Ancient wisdom meets modern nutrition
Rich in vitamin K2 which helps direct calcium to bones and teeth, supporting joint and bone health.
Contains omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins that support cognitive function and brain development.
Traditionally used in Ayurveda for its healing properties, including improved digestion and immunity.
Unlike commercial ghee that's made using cream separators and quick processes, our ghee is crafted using the traditional Bilona method that has been practiced in India for thousands of years.
Natural Fermentation
The cream is naturally fermented, enhancing the nutritional profile and developing complex flavors.
Hand Churning
The fermented cream is hand-churned into butter, preserving all the natural goodness.
Slow Simmering
The butter is slowly simmered until all moisture evaporates, leaving behind pure golden ghee with a rich aroma.
Per 100g serving
Our A2 ghee is rich in fat-soluble vitamins and contains no preservatives or additives. It's a pure, natural product with a high smoke point, making it ideal for cooking.
Our ghee has a high smoke point (485°F/250°C), making it ideal for high-temperature cooking without producing harmful compounds. Its rich, nutty flavor enhances both savory and sweet dishes.
In Ayurveda, ghee is considered a sacred food that balances all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). It's believed to enhance "Ojas" - the subtle essence that promotes vitality and immunity.
"I've tried many ghee brands, but Krsna's A2 ghee is exceptional. The aroma alone tells you it's special - rich, nutty, and so flavorful. I use it for everything from cooking to adding a spoonful to my morning coffee. My grandmother says it reminds her of the ghee from her childhood village."
